How Long After First Steps To Walk

"I was invited to enter the room, alone, leaving my friends over to wait here in a light penombrale c ' was a lectern surrounded carefully furnished the room.

As soon as I approached the lectern and I stopped to read the paper Postova above, reporting a text written almost in the form of staff, it seemed that the ball started to bounce behind me. I turned and moved in the direction whence came the noise. But did the first movement the sound is stopped and i got stuck. Then again I heard the bounce of the ball, but came from the opposite side. So I went giratomi quickly the new direction. Silence. Stop me still, and again the ball bounces, but from another direction, so many times I tried to follow and catch this ball. Eventually I realized that if I moved I was not listening.
Thank you very much for this wonderful experience with an artistic, strange but intense.
It amused me, and without thought of what we do and how we perceive, as you then you told me explaining your intent, and I found this American artist who did not know. "Let me

il Collettivo UBIQUE è lieto di presentare l’evento “Walking-room” che si svolgerà nella giornata di Sabato 8 Novembre 2008 dalle ore 18,00 alle 24,00 presso The Cellar of Bi-loft in via XX Settembre 2/M . Nei giorni a seguire, fino al 15/11/2008, il residuo dell’evento performativo sarà visibile previa prenotazione al +39 338.3894323 (Franco).
Camminare, attraversare, passeggiare, gesto quotidiano, necessario al nostro vivere per conoscere, incontrare, scoprire.
Ispirati dalle azioni di Bruce Nauman “Bouncing two balls between the Floor and Ceiling with Changing Rhythms” realizzatesi fra il 1967 e il 1968, il Collettivo Ubique presenta l’happening “walking room” in cui lo spazio di una stanza diventa azione artistica nel suo realizzarsi interattivamente col pubblico.
Mentre l’artista utilizzava due palline che venivano fatte rimbalzare contro le pareti, il Collettivo utilizza la presenza del pubblico che, interagendo con la stanza e i suoi elementi, ne modifica la percezione.
Anche in questo evento, il gruppo artistico ripropone una situazione storica in una nuova luce e trasforma la storia dell’arte. Come nel lavoro di Nauman, che utilizzò una pellicola a 16 mm, l’happening will be filmed by a digital camera this time, who will create an enjoyable video later in the network. The vision of the event will therefore be open, according to new forms of distribution and participation of new media.
The event is included in the exhibition Contemporary Arts Torino Piemonte 2008, coordinating the creative reality of the Turin area.

At 18 Saturday, October 18, 2008, with a party, will conclude the event that saw them / the plein", which was signed to date, more a hundred people bringing their action / object, in the realization of a collective form of full or emotional matters. Began in April with "saw", a homage to Yves Klein on the fiftieth anniversary of its creation, the happening developed during these months with materials gathered from every part of the city, of Italy, and in some cases even days. Several were the contributions and opportunities for comparison. Dialogues and conferences e approfondimenti storici hanno incuriosito i tanti visitatori che sono intervenuti nello spazio. Questo progetto ha raggiunto il modesto intento che si era posto di relazionare ed unire la viva comunità di appassionati ed artisti, concentrandola in un unico spazio di condivisione.
Durante la serata verranno restituiti i pezzi donanti e saranno visionate le foto dei diversi momenti dell’evento.
La serata si svolgerà presso la sede Bi-loft Cellar di via XX Settembre 2/M a Torino.

Considerazioni di Cinzia Tesio, critico e storico dell'arte:
...indagare sull'eterno tema dell'arte, presente, e sovente inquietante, nell'animo dell'artista, è lo scopo ma non il fine dell'opera.
Difficile, misterioso, fisoloficamente tragicomico il pensiero artistico è sviscerato in quanto entità concettuale che accompagna le esistenze di chi opera in ambiti creativi, e malgrado tutto anche oltre queste...

participating in the National Day of Contemporary Art,
will be presented the video "Camera312, reminders Pierre"
project by Ruggero Maggi, in collaboration with Milan
Art Center, during the Venice Biennale in 2007,
dedicated to Pierre Restany. The projection, with the performance
designed by Kappa with Sarah Pini, Cristina Vigh, with music by Joy
Fruttini and video Gianmarco Gaviani,
will be conducted from 16 to 17 hours with a time
conversation and dialogue on this important critic and art historian
. The meeting will be accompanied by a
refreshments.

Il centesimo pezzo de "le vide/le plein" è stato collocato da Matteo Beraudo, che contribuisce con una sua tavola da surf purchased in Australia.
Slowly "le vide (vacuum)" opening April 28, inspired by Yves Klein is increasing of objects and stories to start to look like the "plein (full)" by Arman. Things and identities, which combined cross randomly and create other narratives and reflections. This initiative Art wants to talk about human time, on our initial vacuum that slowly fills with emotions, ideas and things, and finally back again to empty, as the flow of life. But others have begun to paths and other stories. As well as artistic actions di Yves Klein ed Arman prendevano spunto dal nuovo benessere economico e culturale del dopoguerra, noi vogliamo svilupparlo, a questo nostro presente. In bilico fra soddisfazioni e insoddisfazioni, fra materialità e interattività multimediale, i nuovi cambiamenti del nostro tempo. Rivelando la semplicità del presente e delle cose che tutti sappiamo ma trascuriamo. La gioia di fermarsi e di guardare le presenze minimali, fisiche e relazionali che ci circondano. Attimi brevi, porzioni di secondi, tanti uniti che fanno una vita. Alcune di queste storie le potete trovare in questo blog o portarle voi stessi nei prossimi giorni.
